Getting Started

As a new client of ACGI Cargo Logistics, there are a few steps to take to ensure that the import / export customs process goes smoothly and that our services are tailored to your specific needs.  We will classify your goods correctly to minimize your exposure to any customs penalties.   We will also advise you of any additional programs and services offered by government departments involved in import/export activities.

Client Information Form – For new customers

You may fill out this form and either fax it to our office at:  604-688-3401, or email it to customs@acgishipping.com

Once you have agreed to become a client of ACGI Cargo Logistics, you will be asked to complete one or more additional agreements, in order to allow us to clear goods on your company’s behalf.

Credit Application Form – For new and existing customers

As a customs brokerage client, if you would like to apply for 15 days credit, please complete, sign and  fax or email the credit application to our office.

General Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney – print, complete and fax or email to our office.

For ongoing importations, please complete this form.

One time Power of Attorney Form – print, complete, sign and fax or email to our office

If you are only planning on a single (one-time) importation, you may complete the One Time Power of Attorney form.
